  •Patients who are affected by the
  burden of high dosage statin and
  related adverse events
  •Patients accompanied by diabetes:
  ADA(American Diabetes Association)
  Guidelines Recommendations (STATIN)
- Dosage and administration
  
  Dose once daily.
  Ezerosu® Tablet can be taken with or without food.
  Patients taking or planning to take Ezerosu® Tablet should be consistently on a standard cholesterol-lowering diet.
  The dosage should be adjusted according to the LDL-cholesterol baseline, the goal of recommended treatment, and the response of each patient.
  The dosage range of Ezerosu^® Tablet is 10/5 mg/day (Ezetimibe 10mg/Rosuvastatin 5mg) to 10/20 mg/day (Ezetimibe 10mg/Rosuvastatin 20mg).
  The recommended starting dose is 10/5 mg/day.
  For patients who require a larger reduction in LDL-C, dosage can be adjusted after treatment initiation.
  On titration of Ezerosu®, lipid levels should be analyzed after approximately more than 4 weeks and dosage adjusted accordingly.
  The maximum dose is 10/20 mg/day.
  Patients who take individually both Ezetimibe and Rosuvastatin can change to Ezerosu® Tablet (products with same individual active ingredients and dosages).
