Composition : Each tablet contains
Chloroquine phosphate --------------------------------250mg
Characteristic :
Rapidly and completely absorbed and highly active against P. v, P. m, and P. f
Indications :
1. Treatment of malaria (P. vivax, P. malariae, P. ovale, P. falciparum infection)
2. Prophylaxis and suppression of malaria Dosage and Administration :
Adults : A single dose of four tabs., followed by two tabs. 6-8 hours later and the two tabs. a day for two days.
Expiry : 3 years How supplied : 20, 100, 200 tablets

Microfilaricidal Agents
Composition :
Each tablet contains
Ivermectin -------------------------------- 3mg or 6mg
Characteristic :
It leads to an increase in the permeability of the cell membrane to chloride ions with hyperpolarization of the nerve or muscle
cell, resulting in paralysis and death of the parasite.
Indication :
1.Treatment
of intestinal (i.e., nondisseminated) strongyloidiasis due to intestinal strongyloides
stercoralis.
2.Treatment of onchocerciasis due to Onchocerca volvulus
(But
it has no activity against adult Onchocerca volvulus parasites.)
Dosage
and Administration : 200¥ìg/kg as a single oral dose
